Open Question: Emergency- Locked inside a car?

Look, i dont have time for all the details. my parents are locked inside a borrowed car from a friend. The car is a bmw, (new) not a convertible. the locks wont work and they need to get out without wrecking the car. Plz answer fast! the car's windows are open but my parents cant get through..
